Information follows the order—from mobile selection to tableside dishes.

Do these handoffs slow your team down?

Sizes, extras and special requests get repeated between the counter and kitchen.

Staff need to ask the kitchen for updates whenever a customer checks their order.

Table service, takeaway and pickup follow different routines that rigid tools struggle to fit.

Questions before you decide

How do customers use QR-code ordering?

Customers access H5 menus via store links or table QR codes, select items, variants, and add-ons, then submit orders. Menus and service modes can be configured per dine-in, takeout, or other store scenarios.

Which requirements affect pricing?

Number of stores, feature combinations, customization scope, deployment method, equipment, and channel integration requirements impact solution scope. We first confirm business needs, then provide corresponding pricing to help you consider software, implementation, and ongoing services together.

What fees are detailed in quotes?

During discussions, we will separately confirm software usage/deployment, custom business modules, implementation configuration, device/channel services, and ongoing maintenance scope/costs. Unsupported peripheral systems/devices/channels may receive free custom integration, with scope explicitly defined in the proposal.

Have Printers and Online Stores—Must All Be Replaced?

Provide device model, e-commerce platform, and version. We support mainstream receipt/label printers, mini programs, and major payment channels, and can integrate with stores offering APIs or open-source code (e.g., Shopify, OpenCart). Unsupported systems/devices/channels may qualify for free custom integration.

How Do Store Managers Manage Refunds and Price Adjustments?

Assign discounts, price changes, and refunds via role permissions and sensitive operation authorizations, retaining order and action logs for manager verification.
